This Handbook has been produced by Southwell Flood Forum and Southwell Town Council as a useful handbook to build personal and community resilience and reference for use before and during an emergency.
It was launched on May 15th 2016 at a huge community resilience event at Brackenhurst and delivered to every household in Southwell.
You can read it here online or download it from Southwell Community Resilience Handbook
Please note two amendments since it was published in 2016

We received £2,000 from the Postcode Community Trust towards the costs of the production and some items of equipment for Flood Wardens. Additional financial support was received from Southwell Town Council and Newark and Sherwood District Council.
Postcode Community Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
