    The County Council will use this information to inform the Flood Investigation taking place under Section 19 of the Flood and Water Management Act (2010) and Flood Study work under the overall Flood Mitigation Plan work. The County Council will take all reasonable steps to protect this information. To inform the development of the Flood Mitigation Plan information collected on these forms will be shared with Steering Group partners as appropriate. It is not the intention of the County Council to pass this information onto others for commercial gain e.g. Insurers.
  • Data Protection Act 1998 The information provided by you may be used by the Local Authority and other appropriate agencies and service providers to assess and propose actions to reduce flood risk in the area. It may be shared with appropriate professionals and service providers.
