More than 500 people attended a meeting last night to discuss flooding issues affecting Southwell.

Southwell Minster was filled with residents for the meeting which was organised by the newly-formed Southwell Flood Forum.

Members of the forum spoke about the devastating impact flooding in July had on the town and asked residents to join them to help work on a solution to issues which may have helped cause so many homes to affected.
