MEMBERS of a flood prevention group are celebrating after winning a campaign to provide financial support to hundreds of ruined homes.
The Southwell Flood Forum has been calling for action – and funding – from the Government since the town flooded in July 2013.
It has now been announced that those affected will be able to claim up to £5,000 for repairs and protection.
