Stewart-Katy-and-AdrienneMore than £200 was raised when La Parisienne put on a Middle-Eastern mezze supper in aid of the Flood Fund. Wine flowed and Co-chair Mark Bertolini drew the raffle tickets – the prize was lunch for two at La Parisienne. First out was his own! He dipped again and out came his partner, Mary’s, number. Honestly, I thoroughly stirred up the roughly folded tickets. Third time and Audley Ackerman had the winning ticket. A thoughly entertaining evening with delicious food and excellent company. Apologies for everyone who wasn’t able to join us this time it sold-out within a week. However, there are lots of other opportunities to eat, drink and be merry while supporting the Flood Fund. Do keep an eye on the events listing. A huge thank you to Noelle and Steve and the team at La Parisienne for a wonderful evening and we look forward to another supper later in the year.
