Do you think your team is the brightest in Southwell?
If so, you may have a chance to prove it!
To while away those long winter evenings, meet new people and raise money for local good causes, a few people have got together to organise a new knockout quiz competition.
Clubs, societies, schools, pubs, businesses, churches – well, everybody in the community – can take part in this exciting event, which they hope will become an annual fixture in the Southwell calendar.
Each round will take place on consecutive Mondays, starting on 2nd February 2015 at 7.30pm. We will provide a question master and the questions. The home drawn team in each round will organise the venue.
The winners will then go through to the next round (there will also be a plate competition for the first round losers)
The final will be held at the Rugby Club on Friday 20th March 2015
To register a team, email Southwell.Quizmaster@gmail.com and an entry form and copy of the rules will be sent to you.
There is a recommended minimum donation of £10 to enter a team, which will all go to selected local good causes, including the Southwell Flood Fun.
